3. SMS Terms & Conditions

By providing your phone number and consenting to receive SMS messages from Optimum Services or Cowboy Chicken Catering, you agree to the following:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are the account holder or have authorization to use the phone number provided
• You consent to receive automated SMS messages related to catering inquiries and follow-ups
• Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan
• Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and interaction
• You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message
• Reply HELP for assistance

Supported carriers include but are not limited to: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, and U.S. Cellular. Carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Digital Products

Purchases of digital products (automation templates, setup guides) through our platform are subject to the following:

• All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the products, refunds are not provided once the download link has been accessed.
• You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased templates for your own business operations.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the templates without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Optimum Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
